James Murphy is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of J. J. Gumberg Co. Mr. Murphy is responsible for managing the company’s Legal Department, which provides a full array of legal support services in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including financing, acquisition, construction and leasing.
Mr. Murphy joined Gumberg in 1981 from the law firm of McCall, Krill, Murphy and Stets, where he was a partner. He has more than 36 years of experience in numerous
aspects of law, including litigation, real estate transactions and corporate matters.
