Robert Irr is Vice President, Leasing with J. J. Gumberg Co. and has nearly 25 years experience with the company. During this time, Mr. Irr has been responsible for
identifying and procuring national, regional and local retail tenants to occupy the company’s portfolio of malls and shopping centers. He also is responsible for negotiating leases and lease extension agreements, and for coordinating leasing activities with the company’s operations, accounting and legal departments.
