Stanley R. Gumberg

Stanley R. Gumberg was Chairman of the Board of Directors of J.J. Gumberg Co. for more than 30 years.

Mr. Gumberg also was a former Director of Integra Financial Corp., Grant Street National Bank, Presbyterian Hospital, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Chairman of Montefiore Hospital. He formerly served as Trustee and Executive Committee member of Duquesne University. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for the Urban League of Pittsburgh Inc. and was a member of the Judicial Conduct Board for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

He served as an Emeritus Trustee and Executive Committee member of Carnegie Mellon University and Emeritus Trustee of Seton Hill University and Westminster College. He also served as Trustee of the Extra Mile Education Foundation.

Mr. Gumberg received his Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University in 1950 and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Business degree from the A. J. Palumbo School of Business, Duquesne University, in 1994.
